Dear associates:

I am fond of calling “associates”, which means people who you are doing something great with. But I found that quite a few people with great development prospects are going astray.

Why?

Why? The reasons rest with fraud, something the Company has been hammering away at. Associates, why there are still people falling into the small trap?

Some may say, “it is nothing more than a meal and a red pocket. No big deal.”. I can only say sorry to them. To put it simply, they are cheating nobody but themselves. Gifts blind eyes. After receiving the gift, they will start to do things that discredit the company. If you trespass the red line at work, no matter how small the step you have taken, you will be punished as those in cases made public to us.

Probably after that, word has it that you are fired for receiving a red pocket or getting treated to a meal. As simple as that. Everyone should cherish his or her reputation as it is the foundation for his or her development in society.

Many people think they were being clever while taking bribes, believing in that “this is just between you and me”, something they always say. This eventually leads to the disaster caused by their greed and ignorance.

Listen to me, it is not “just between you and me”. The thing is that everyone knows, except you. You think those who offer the bribe is your friend, but the truth is that you are just a tool for him or her to gain illegal interests. Don’t try your luck.

If you want to ask “ what can I do to prevent myself from falling into that trap?”. That’s a good question.

The company has put in place rigorous regulations and strict procedures to prevent the punish fraud and keeps refining them to protect you. But all in all, the best guard for you is yourself. Have a positive and clean mindset. Hold on to integrity with a strong will. Corruption is like fire and going towards it will backfire. Greed is like water and losing control of it will get oneself drowned.
